By enhancing the rider communication you will have a major impact in our continued growth and help us to further differentiate Europe’s leading micro mobility service from other brands in the category. 


As the Head of CRM your main focus will be to activate new consumers, ensuring that they remain engaged and increasing the overall consumer lifetime value. In this role you take the full responsibility for our current CRM-team and work in close collaboration with our CMO and the Growth-product-teams to set CRM-strategy and develop new initiatives to increase conversion and retention both globally and locally. This will include: 

  • Developing and implementing short- and long term CRM-strategies and setting target KPIs in line with the overall business strategy for long term growth and customer experience
  • Building a CRM function with the right skills-set to deliver in line with set targets and building a solid CRM-foundation that can be scaled over time with new markets, features and services 
  • Translating business goals into engaging, impactful and scalable marketing programs across all channels, mainly push-notifications, in-app communication, email and sms
  • Working proactively with new growth initiatives, building new user funnels and following the progress through each of the key stages in the customer journey
  • Using customer behavior and conversion data to find insights and optimize plans for user activation, retention, win-back, anti-churn and other lifecycle campaigns 
  • Planning the CRM sprints, managing the roadmap for A/B testing, setting up tests and analyzing the results 
  • Managing the CRM data architecture and partnering cross-functionally to build, maintain and optimize all CRM data pipelines
  • Promote the CRM usage and help the organization understand user benefits and how they relate to the overall strategic goals
  • Promote digital innovation and a data-driven approach to marketing across the organization 


A part from being passionate about the possibilities and innovation within the field, we are looking for a hands-on CRM-professional with an aptitude for quantitative analysis and a solid understanding of how to prioritize between impact and effort. In addition to this, we believe the right person has: 

  • Professional proficiency in English
  • A relevant education, preferable with focus on quantitative analysis
  • Several years of experience from  working in an advanced CRM-setting, focusing both on the global and local perspectives, with a proven impact on business performance
  • Several years of hands-on experience working with CRM & marketing automations systems, experience of Braze is a merit
  • Experience of advanced segmentation, setting up A/B-testing, customer lifetime analytics and using data visualization tools to gain insights and track campaign performance
  • Experience from CRM in consumer apps, mobility, gaming, transportation or the delivery industry is a merit
