Do you want to drive user acquisition for Europe’s leading micro mobility company? With 6 million users in 12 countries around Europe we are now looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to maximize the marketing performance and increase the overall growth in all markets. 


As the Head of Performance Marketing you will have the full responsibility for all activities in the paid marketing channels and work continuously to evaluate and optimize conversion, lower the cost per acquisition and increase lifetime value for all users acquired through the paid marketing channels. This will include:

  • Developing and implementing short- and long term strategy for performance marketing globally 
  • Translating business goals into engaging, impactful and scalable marketing programs and setting KPIs in line with the overall business strategy for user acquisition and long term growth
  • Owning the budget for paid acquisition, setting marketing mix and channel strategy across all paid marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, UAC-channels, App-store)
  • Following up on performance and gathering insights to optimize conversion in all paid marketing channels 
  • Collaborating with the local marketing teams and performance marketing agency
  • Building a Performance Marketing-function with the right skill-set to deliver in line with set targets and build a solid foundation that can be scaled over time with new markets and services
  • Managing roadmap and campaign experiment backlog for all performance marketing 
  • Collaborating with the creative team, providing both data- and experience based input on campaign material in relevant channels
  • Setting up the structure for reporting and presenting the results and insight for the BU, senior management and company overall
  • Promoting digital innovation and a data-driven approach to marketing across the organization 


We are looking for an ambitious and flexible performance marketing-professional with a data-driven approach to performance optimization. In addition to this, we believe the right person has: 

  • Several years experience in performance marketing, preferably for a consumer app
  • Strategic experience of performance marketing including marketing mix, channel strategy and spend optimization
  • Experience of high volume conversion/user acquisition, performance analytics, conversion rate optimization and advanced attribution-models


  • Experience of managing global performance marketing campaigns and collaborating with local marketing teams
  • Experience from data-visualization in Tableau
  • Experience of mobile attribution-models and Adjust
  • Experience from app-store optimization
