With 6 million users in 12 countries we are now looking for a CRM Specialist to increase the capacity of our CRM practice on a global scale. 


As a CRM Specialist you are an instrumental part of the CRM Team and will play an important role in executing our global CRM strategy by delivering targeted messages across a variety of owned communication channels and guiding the users through a customized journey to increase conversion, retention and overall lifetime value. This will include: 

  • Creating and executing campaigns in Braze from start to finish in various channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app messages 
  • Creating user segments and tests for campaigns, journeys and channels to identify the most effective strategies to drive user engagement, increase customer lifetime value and prioritize between multiple campaigns
  • Designing and coding various email templates using graphics, copywriting, personalization and ensuring that all templates are mobile-friendly
  • Ensure emails and push notifications follow industry policies and best practices
  • Collaborating and supporting the local marketing teams with executing localized campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, and Data to identify opportunities for growth relating to CRM marketing, customer value and customer experience


We are looking for an action- and solution oriented CRM professional with the ability to perform in a fast environment, adapt quickly to changing circumstances and with a big interest in finding new and creative solutions to enhance the customer experience and overall growth. In addition to this we believe the right candidate has: 

  • Several years experience of CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing in a direct-to-consumer environment
  • Experience of setting up and executing campaigns and automated/triggered programs in a customer engagement platform (preferably Braze)
  • Experience of using quantitative and qualitative data to enhance the customer journey and increase campaign performance
  • Experience from communicating design concepts through detailed briefs to designers and copywriters partnering with the creative team to bring designs to life on a tight deadlines 
  • Experience from collaborating cross functionally with multiple stakeholders to increase the conversion, retention and overall lifetime value


  • Experience from app marketing
  • Knowledge in HTML/CSS
  • Knowledge in Liquid templating language
