Are you ready to embark on a VOIage? With 400+ employees in over 12 European markets we are now looking for an ambitious People Business Partner to support the leaders at HQ in Stockholm and collaborate closely with the rest of the People & Culture team to shape and drive the implementation of our new People & Culture strategy. 

YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As a People Business Partner at Voi you will have a direct impact on the organization by coaching and supporting our HQ leaders in all HR-related topics. In addition to this you will work continuously to build a strong culture and a scalable people-function in a fast changing environment. This will include: 

  • Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to our leaders 
  • Working closely with our leaders to improve work relationships, build culture and increase productivity and employee retention
  • Continuously overseeing, creating and improving processes and drive HR related projects
  • Collaborating with the rest of the People & Culture team to analyze trends, metrics and gather insights to develop new solutions, programs and policies 
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of local legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reduced legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Managing and resolving employee related cases
  • Identifying training and development needs for business units and individuals 
  • Holding relevant workshops and training for the leaders at HQ

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO EMBARK

We are looking for a self-reliant, innovative and business-minded HR-professional ready to take the initiative, push to reach set goals and continuously raise the bar for the leaders at HQ. Apart from being an outgoing team player fluent in Swedish and English, we believe the right person has: 

  • A university degree in HR, business administration or equivalent
  • Experience of working in a broad HR role where you have developed and implemented structure, processes and policies for the Swedish market 
  • Experience of independently supporting multiple leaders in a wide range of HR-related topics
  • Experience of people-analytics and a data-driven approach to HR-related topics
  • A solid understanding of Swedish labor law
