YOUR MISSION AT VOI: 

As the Internal Communication Manager your primary responsibility is to lead the strategic development and execution of all internal communication and employee engagement programs. Through internal communication this position will actively drive change management initiatives, increase engagement and create transparency to build internal understanding of Voi’s business strategy, culture and values. This will include: 

  • Establishing an internal communication strategy 
  • Ensuring organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
  • Planing, writing and editing content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, monthly magazine and email bulletins
  • Storyboarding, translating and communicating ideas to the Brand & Creative team 
  • Drafting messages or scripts for senior executives to presentation for employees in written or spoken form and hold presentations at company events and meetings 
  • Ensuring internal communication messages are consistent across all departments, mediums and consistent with external communication 
  • Collect and respond to feedback from staff and adjust the internal communication content accordingly
  • Handle internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organisational perception and reputation

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO JOIN: 

We are looking for an ambitious, creative and flexible communication professional with a “doer”-mentality, an eye for detail and the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities. In addition to this we believe the right person is a great listener with the ability to independently identify needs and initiate communication initiatives that resonate with a diverse audience. Other than that we are looking for a person with: 

  • Native fluency in English
  • A relevant degree in communications, public relations, journalism or equivalent
  • Several years experience from working with internal communication at a large international organization
  • Experience from developing an internal communications plan 
  • Experience from writing, editing and proofreading communication and a proven ability to tailor communication for a variety of digital channels and a diverse audience
  • Experience from independently managing multiple complex projects simultaneously 
  • Experience from facilitating change through internal communication with a high degree of impact on the organization
  • Experience of facilitating workshops and supporting senior management in internal communication

  • Experience from implementing intranet and internal communication processes
  • Experience from public speaking
  • Fluency in additional languages
