People Business Partner (Nordics)

We’re in the midst of laying the foundation of Voi and as People Business Partner, you’ll be collaborating closely with the People & Culture team to shape and drive the implementation of our strategy. As a People Business Partner at Voi you will have a direct impact on the organization by coaching and supporting the leaders in the Nordic markets on all HR-related topics. In addition to this you will work continuously to build a good culture and a scalable people-function in a fast changing environment. This will include:

  • Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to our leaders
  • Working closely with and coaching our leaders to improve work relationships, build culture and increase productivity, engagement and employee retention
  • Continuously overseeing, creating and improving processes and coordinate HR related projects
  • Collaborate with the rest of the People & Culture team to evaluate trends, metrics and gather insights to develop new solutions, programs and policies
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of local legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reduced legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Handle and resolve employee relations cases
  • Identify training and development needs for business units and employees
  • Hold relevant workshops and training for the leaders in the markets


We are looking for a self-reliant, innovative and business-minded HR-professional ready to take the initiative, work to reach set goals and continuously raise the bar for the leaders in the Nordics. Apart from being an outgoing collaborator fluent in English, we believe the right person has:

  • A university degree in HR, business administration or equivalent
  • Experience of working in a broad HR role where you have developed and implemented structure, processes and policies for the Nordic markets
  • Experience of supporting multiple leaders in a wide range of HR-related topics with limited supervision
  • A solid understanding of labor law in the Nordic countries
