Since 2018, Voi has been on a mission to create safe, sustainable and reliable micromobility for everyone. Today we are the #1 e-scooter service in Europe, operating in 100 cities with over 100 MILLION rides to date. It has been an amazing journey and we have no intention of stopping now! In that pursuit, we’re currently looking to expand our team with a Country Manager for France where you will play a key role in setting the direction and development of our local operation in the country, reporting directly to the General Manager for the region and taking part in their leadership team. YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As Country Manager, you will be overall responsible for the success of your market and manage local operations together with your team. You will oversee the week-to-week management of the existing cities in your country as well as the long-term strategy to continue to grow and expand into new markets. Your main responsibilities would also include:

• Market Strategy & development: setting the long-term strategy, budget and plan for your market, as well as working with the Cities and other key stakeholders to develop and grow in a responsible way
• Country P&L responsibility: owning the country financial development from top to bottom
• Business Ownership: driving operational excellence through continuous monitoring of KPIs and taking action where necessary
• Being the face & voice of Voi: representing Voi in the media meetings with key stakeholders, establishing Voi’s brand identity with local decision makers. Representing your market internally across both HQ and other local teams to ensure best practice and knowledge sharing

• Strong experience in relevant positions within high performing environments
• Experience from high growth operations and/or start-ups is advantageous
• Experience in leading teams, as well as large and complex cross-functional projects, to drive results
• Ability to navigate and influence stakeholders in a complex landscape
  
• University degree within business, economics, engineering or similar
• Fluency in French and English with strong communication skills

We see this role being ideally located in Paris or Marseille, however other locations within France may be considered for the right candidate.
