City Operations - Work hands-on with operations! By looking at metrics and variables to identify areas of improvements, you will build a flawless process regarding collection, charging, repairs and dropping off scooters in the city. Stay in close dialogue with the local city, making sure we live up to expectations and regulations, and continuously work together in changing the urban mobility!
In this team, we are looking for both Managers who will oversee all different aspects of the local business, and for junior professionals interested in getting first-hand experience working in operations.
Vehicle Operations - Do you like working with your hands, literally? Our scooters need people who take good care of them - recharge their batteries when they are out, and repair them if they are broken. This team runs our warehouse, you will work with logistics and be at the very heart of the local operations.
We're looking for Managers with leadership skills and experience within logistics. We also need mechanics who want to work with our scooters, making sure they are fully functional and ready to serve the needs of our Riders.
Fleet Operations - The scooters needs help getting out on the streets, and retrieved back to the warehouse when necessary. Following close collaboration with the city and the other operations teams, you need to schedule and plan for how, when and where our fleet should be distributed in the city.
We need managers who can coordinate the logistics regarding collection and dropping scooters on the streets. The actual transportation needs drivers, who knows the city streets like the back of their hands, and who excels at positioning scooters so they are easy to access but not blocking the path of people.
Marketing - Do you want to be part in building our brand in your city? Our local marketing team focuses on street marketing and offline events, where we meet and talk to people and tell them how to Voi.
This is primarily for students, or anyone interested in a fun and flexible part-time job. If you love networking, coming up with creative ideas on increasing brand awareness and to share the "Voi Vibe", then this team is for you!
