We have been leading the way in the UK within Micromobility winning the British Hearts ❤️. We are pleased to be able to offer this great opportunity to join and lead a team of Ambassadors and Rangers who are representing voi at the highest level face to face with the public and user base.
The Voi lead supervisor manages, directs and leads all of our ground teams, leaning in on rider support, compliance and enforcement and managing on the ground escalations in real-time. It includes account management, people support, task creation, managing escalations, supporting in search and rescue and creating tasks on our internal systems. Focusing on ensuring Voi’s presence in the UK is as positive and possible.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Resolving escalations in real-time
- Managing the ambassador’s accounts
- Creating search and rescue tasks and delegating special missions to the ground teams
- Delegate tasks including re-balancing
- Support our Rangers, Ambassadors and our Op’s team
- Monitoring cities and setting rebalancing tasks
- Respond and resolve support escalations
What you need:
- User support experience
- Data management experience
- Customer service skills & people management experience
- The ability to use your initiative
- Confidence to tackle and manage difficult escalations in an effective and efficient manner
- Polite phone manner
